I spent this weekend at an incredible leadership conference. The final session of the weekend ended with the following quote describing good leadership:

 

Parents and educators are charged with the very important task of leading and guiding our children to achieve their fullest potential. This requires heavy lifting; the day to day choices we make for and with our children, are usually without accolades. But it’s worth it!
